Rooms will be alloted Family wise :
2 persons in a double bedded room
3 persons in a Double bedded room
4 persons in a triple beded room basis or double bed with one extra bed/mattress on floor
In case of single occupancy in a double beded room, guest will pay the additional payment
RAILWAY TICKET
Our all Tour costs are excluding Railway ticket
Railway berths are depends completely on railway Authority. It is not possible to allot any particular seat (Lower/ Middle/ Upper berth) to our Guests
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
Accommodation : Family wise in hotel.
All Food : Bed tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea & Dinner.(Except train food)
Transport : Point to point transport for sightseeing
BOOKING RULES
Booking Rules for Domestic Tour
Seats are normally reserve on payment of Rs.5000/- per pax as an advance and actual ticket fare of rail and air (Up & Down)
Full and final payment to be deposited before 15 days of the journey
Booking Rules for International Tour
Seats are normally reserve on payment of Rs.20000/- per pax as an advance and actual Air Ticket fare (Up & Down)
Full and Final payment to be done 30 days prior to the journey date.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1) Porters, Dandi, Boat, Auto, Tanga, Ferry, Rope ways or any Riding, entry fees/registration fees for temple or visiting spots will be borne by the party.
2) We are not responsible to refund or to compensate any amount if the tourist fails and neglects to join the schedule tour or cannot complete the same for his/their personal reason.
3) Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damages of life and properties or any other belonging whatever of the tourist.caused by any accidents / theft / robbery or any other happening during the tour.
4) If any tour cancelled due to climatic condition, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstances, in that case passengers have to bear 25% cost of the tour.
5) Where hotels are not available in course of journey, party will be accommodate in Dharamsala, Dormitories, F.R.H, T.H, Chatti or Tents.
6) If there is any Increase in railway / bus fare, the difference is to be borne by the tourist.
7) Passengers should carry their age proof certificate during the train journey.
8) For child candidate, party will have to produce birth certificate at the time of booking.
9) Any programme cancel by the organisation, full payment will be refunded.
CANCELLATION RULES
Cancellation Rules for Domestic Tour
51 Days – 60 days Rs. 1000 /- only per pax
41 Days – 50 Days from the date of Journey 25 % per pax
31 Days – 40 Days from the date of Journey 50 % per pax
21 Days – 30 Days from the date of Journey 60 % per pax
3 Days – 20 Days from the date of Journey 75 % per pax
Within 75 hrs. From the date of Journey there will be no refund.
Rail and Air fare will be refunded after ducting the cancellation charge.
Cancellation Rules for International Tour
Befor 100 days Air fare Cancellation Charges + 10000/-
90 - 60 days Rs.20000/- + Air fare Cancellation Charges + Visa Charge
59 - 45 Days 30% of the Total tour Cost.
44- 30 Days 50% of the Total Tour cost.
29 - 20 Days 75% of the Total Tour Cost.
BEFOR 20 DAYS NO REFUND.
Rs.10000/- No Refundable at any Cancellation after Registration.
